KONST sets out to build Asia's largest token factory

At COMPUTEX 2026, AI infrastructure and high-performance computing provider KONST made its debut under the theme The Heart of AI, presenting a large mechanical-heart installation and announcing its plan to build Asia's largest token factory. The message: as generative AI, AI agents, and intelligent applications reshape global industry, the decisive factor is no longer the model alone but the compute infrastructure that runs it, and the value of this era is increasingly measured in a single unit, the token.

Key points from the announcement:

• The competitive front is shifting from models to infrastructure. KONST framed compute, the combination of GPUs, AI data centers, high-speed networking, and cloud platforms, as the core that keeps intelligence flowing, the compute heart of the AI era.
• Where earlier factories produced goods, the factory of the intelligence era produces tokens. KONST's goal is to make tokens available at scale, stably and affordably, and to supply them to applications worldwide through a Token API.
• KONST's compute centers are already operational across the United States, Taiwan, Japan, and Malaysia, forming a cross-border compute network that serves large-model training and inference directly, rather than remaining at the planning stage.
• KONST positions itself as an end-to-end AI infrastructure brand, spanning AI data center (AIDC) planning and buildout, GPU cluster deployment, NEO Cloud and Token API architecture, and the flexible compute and enterprise-grade team management offered through its Glows.ai GPU Cloud platform. The stated benefits for enterprises are faster AI adoption, lower total cost of ownership (TCO), and control and security over data and compute as sovereign AI and data localization grow in importance.
• To support its expanding global footprint, KONST said it is scaling up compute and infrastructure and recruiting internationally, arguing that the next phase of AI competition will turn on who can make compute more stable, more affordable, and closer to the markets enterprises operate in.
